Ashley Neumeister

Senior VP of Music Supervision
Farquhar Productions

Ashley Neumeister grew up in small town midwest, but her love for art, especially music, took her into big city life. She went to Columbia College Chicago for Music Business and finished with a semester in Los Angeles focusing on Music Supervision. She got a job working as an assistant to a record producer manager, Bennett Kaufman, and ended up starting a music licensing division within his company.

A couple years later, she got an opportunity to move on to cutting edge music library, True Music, headed by legendary composer Kurt Farquhar. She came on as an administrative assistant and is currently the SVP of Farquhar Productions (True Music’s parent company). She heads their Music Supervision and Music Editing teams.

Ashley has been involved in all aspects of music production, pre-records, administration, clearance, and music curation on numerous series and films including The Neighborhood, The Proud Family: Louder and Prouder, Kingdom Business, The Game, First Kill, Russell Simmons Presents: Brave New Voices, and The Wendy Williams Story.

In 2019 & 2020, she was nominated for Guild of Music Supervisor's Award (Best Music Supervision in a Television Drama) for her work on Season 1 & 2 of "American Soul".

Her love of music and passion for being of service have combined into various projects Ashley is a part of. She facilitates breathwork & sound healing sessions, has an educational platform "Sync Secrets", and performs with "Sonic Devas".
